The State of California has determined the fees for Notary Public Services and MLS Mobile Notary adheres to these regulations.


General Fees:


  • Acknowledgements:  $15.00 per signature, per person.

  • Jurats:  $15.00 per signature, per person.

  • Oaths and Affirmations:  $15.00 per signature, per person.


* All documents must be complete (except for signature and notary public section) before appointment.


A Minimum Travel/Convenience fee will be added to the Notarization Fee:


  • 0-5 miles:  $25.00

  • 5-10 miles:  $30.00

  • 10 miles and up:  $35.00 and up depending on the distance.

  • $40.00 minimum total fee.


Loan Document Signing Fees:


  • lst set of Loan Documents (purchase, refinance, heloc, etc.):  $100.00-$200.00

  • 2nd set of Loan Documents at same signing:                             $  50.00

  • Printing of E-docs (2 sets for one loan):                                        $ 25.00

  • Email or Fax backs:                                                                           $ 15.00


* Loan signing services include all notarial acts, round trip travel up to 20 miles one way, and drop off at UPS, or FedEx with provided account number.
